OBattler a924f37f43 Rewrote the disc sector poller again for simplified code and more accuracy; 
Floppy formats are now accurately timed and also more accurately implemented;
Applied all mainline PCem commits.

86Box Build Status

86Box (formerly PCem Unofficial, PCem Experimental, or PCem-X) is an unofficial branch of the PCem emulator, which aims to emulate IBM compatible machines from 1981-2000 period. This branch adds several emulated motherboards.
