J. Nick Koston 67856ba565 [mdns] Mark MDNSComponent as final

MDNSComponent is never subclassed. Marking it final enables the
compiler to devirtualize calls to the Component overrides (setup,
dump_config, get_setup_priority, on_shutdown).
