Update manager documentation with disable option details

* **Windows**: ``C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\86Box\86box_global.cfg``
* **Linux**: ``~/.config/86Box/86box_global.cfg``
* **macOS**: ``~/Library/Preferences/86Box/86box_global.cfg``
