* Rewrite the build guide

* Fix code block indentation

* OpenAL is not needed anymore

* Formatting changes + code block fix

* Change wording, `--toolchain` is relatively new

* Simplify the MSYS2 setup with `$MINGW_PACKAGE_PREFIX`
